Fibre Craft Retreat at Hummock's Station

My daughters and I had a fantastic weekend camping at the annual Fibre Craft Retreat hosted by Tracy from Knit Spin Weave and Rosie from Hummocks Station and Leachim Wool.

As I'm not very good at craft I brought my art supplies and painted Taz (Tracy's dog) and Cookie (Rosie's goat) while the girls learned about spinning with drop spindles.

I did try my hand at batik though (so bad!) and managed a needle felted name tag which was a lot of fun (I only stabbed myself a few times ).
