Shipping Policy

• Your unframed print(s) will be carefully packaged flat with backing board, a protective clear sleeve and sent in a rigid envelope to prevent it from bending.
• All items apart from custom artworks will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
• All items are shipped via Australia Post.
• Small items such as greeting cards, earrings, scrunchies and A4 prints (or smaller) will be shipped as a letter with no tracking. Larger items such as A3 prints will be shipped as a parcel with tracking.
• Original artwork will be shipped via express with signature on delivery
• If you enter your address incorrectly or fail to collect your parcel it could be returned to sender and you may be responsible for the original shipping fee and any costs associated with its return.
